As an advocate of wholistic healthy living, I am honored to be here offering inspiration, support and encouragement. Many of us are desperately seeking overall wellness but I believe that in order to have genuine well-being, we need to be in congruence with our authentic essence. We also need to approach our well-being in a wholistic manner. There is no one right path but a myriad of experiences and efforts that contribute to our best self and most exquisite life.

It took me some time to get to this space. I am the quintessential late-bloomer. I don’t mean that from a physical, mental or emotional standpoint. I am referring to finally getting a clue about how I should be living my life. I don’t proclaim to have it all figured out nor do I know exactly what I am supposed to be doing. That is an ever-evolving process. I DO, however, have the essence of what I am passionate about and understand what I believe my mission is. Aligning my passion with what I believe is my purpose gives me a compass that guides my actions on a daily basis. I simply allow it manifest and run its natural course.

I majored in psychology in college with the intention of doing family counseling. While that goal never came to fruition, I always knew I was destined to provide some form of guidance and counsel.

Through the years, I have taught yoga, meditation and mindfulness. I published a book titled “Passages of Peace” to hopefully inspire a healthier mindset as it relates to everyday living.

I have shared healthy meal recipes, inspirational passages and healing modalities with the intention of helping others live better. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to share what brings me joy, inspiration and information in hopes that it is beneficial to you.
